Only one college in 100 kms that too dont have Post graduation, Please help

Naimuddin is calling from Pakud district in Jhakhand to say that this adivasi district only has one college and there is no college in next 100 kms.There is no post graduation study in this college and students need to shift to other areas. Many girls stop their education as their families do not allow them to go that far. They have done many agitations and have written to almost all officas, but no one helps.
