Rakesh Rai is visiting Pampapur village in Ambikapur block in Surguja district of Chhattisgarh where he finds young people are not getting NREGA wages and old people tell him that around 300 of them have applied for old age pension for more than a year ago but their application has not gone forward and they are not getting any pension.
