Rajuram Bhaskar is telling about teachers in Gechchapara in Tikanpal Gram Panchayat in Kuakonda block of Dantewada district in Chhattisgarh who also works as a contractor and everyday comes very late to school. The students come to school at 1030 and goes back home after waiting for the teachers.
