Only hand pump for 83 Adivasi families not working from 3 months, Pls help

Mohan Yadav Ji is visiting Padaria village in Mohgaon tahsil in Mandla district of Madhya Pradesh where he meets Gondi speaking Adivasi women Gangotri Bai, Draupadi Bai and Rammo Bai who tell him that in their village of 83 families there is only one hand pump which is not working from 3 months.
