Economics of rich owner and poor labourer in a rolling mill

Bhagirath Verma from Raipur is explaining why a labourer is poor and an owner is rich. He gives economics of how much a labour should earn in a rolling mill in a year according to law. His calculation says an owner earns extra Rs 96,000 on each labourer after not giving him his legitimate dues. He says this is why an owner is rich and a labourer is poor
