There is ban but contractors take 25 tractor of sand every day from my village

Lalit Sodi from village Balud in Dantewada district in Chhattisgarh says Govt has put a ban on sand mining from October after a court order but from my village some people are taking away 20-25 tractors of sand every day without any permission.
