NREGA failed to stop migration, Most schools run by single para teachers...

My name is Ramkunwar Bharti. I am calling from Nawgarh block of Chandauli district in UP. It is a forest area where dalits and adivasis live. Rainfall is not good hear and people are forced to migrate in search of work. NREGA has not been able to stop that. Most of the schools are run by single para teachers who are also often absent.
