Do not take complete food at a time…you should divide your calorie in 3-4 equal parts.Do not take much oily food, As they are the main cause uncontrolled diabetes and also responsible for weight gain.Instead of frying preference should be given to steamed & roasted food.Exercise regularly it can increase our efficiency and controlling diabetes as well
