Interview of school management committee refusing to take RTI application

Mithun Mandal is calling from Digma village in Surguja district in Chhattisgarh to say that in Govt supported school in his village today when he went to file a request under Right to Information the president of school committee refused to take the application. He has recorded the exchange on his mobile and has shared with us. On his complaint Govt had found huge corruption in past and teachers were sent to jail but are out on bail now.
