Litu Minj from Sundargarh district in Odisha is talking to Oraon adivasis speaking in their Kuduk language about their Kartik Jatra festival. They tell him that the festival is for the unity and prosperity of the community and they first worship their cattle and cook food in the same room and then the whole community brings out a procession with song and dance which continues till late.
