Many of us dalit, adivasis dont have ration,NREGA, voter cards from 20 years

Ramkailash Kol is visiting Chunbhatti village in Khaja Gram Panchayat in Jaba block of Rewa district in MP where 171 dalit and adivasis live from last 20 years. They say most of them have not got Below Poverty line ration cards and Job cards for NREGA. The husband of sarpanch gives various excuses. Some of them do not have name in voter list.
