Khandugaon has 1000 voters but no road, bridge, How will voting happen?

Ramkailash Kol from Jaba block in Rewa district of MP is telling us about a village called Khandu Gaon. There are 1000+ voters in Khandu Gaon for Sirmaur constituency but it does not have a road and you need to cross a river. There is no bridge.
