We bicycle 15 kms to go to college, Please help us get Govt bus in our area

My name is Suryakant. I am calling from Sarvania village in Vallabhnagar tahsil of Udaipur district in Rajasthan. In our area Rajasthan Govt does not ply any buses and I need to bicycle 15 kms everyday. There are thousands of students like me.
