Using forest land from years but no land deed because no caste certificate...

Mohan Yadav is visiting Bendri village in Rajura Taluka of Chandrapur district in Maharashtra where he meets a Gond adivasi farmer Suresh Bachate who tells him that we adivasis are living here from generations and farming forest land from more than 50 years but more than 25 families in the village have not got land deed under forest rights act because we are unable to get caste certificate.
