400+ students in the hostel but no water, Same story for villagers, Pls help...

Sukaluram Gawde from Lam Kanhar village in Antagarh tahsil of Kanker district in Chhattisgarh says that there is a huge problem of water in their village. None of the hand pumps are working. There is a residential school in the village which has more than 400 students and children needs to walk more than a kilometer to fetch water.
