Village has a health center but no doctor or nurse

Anil Bamne from Hoshangabad in Madhya Pradesh says government has a scheme that a village with more population than 3000 should have a health center, so his village has a health center but he says no doctor or nurse have ever been appointed in the health center. People are forced to go to quacks at great cost and sometime at the cost of their lives. Women are needed to be taken to cities for delivery and no immunization program works in the village
