Though illegal Caste Panchayat forcing poor to give feast after death in family

Suryakant Patidar from Rajpura village in Vallabhnagar block of Udaipur districtin Rajasthan is telling that though Govt has declared it illegal ( in 1960) caste( Khap) panchayat is forcing poor people to give feast after any death in family ( mrityubhoj) which breaks the families even more.
