Vijay Sharma from Dharmajaigarh block Raigarh district in Chhattisgarh is telling that in Vijaynagar Gram Panchayat Govt has sanctioned Rs 45,000 each to 45 Pahadi Korwa primitive tribals. But when they were given first installment of Rs 20,000, a broker took away Rs 12,000 from each for making roofs but he has only put a plastic sheet and has cheated adivasis of Rs 5 lakhs.
