Not getting subsidized ration from 2 months, Complaints dont work, Pls help...

Dillip Behera from Sodha village under Paikmal block of Bargarh Dist, Odisha is telling that they are not getting subsidized ration from 2 months. Several complains to officers has not helped and more than 5000 poor people are suffering.
