Destruction in reserve forest reported by locals but forest dept blame locals!

Khuturam Sunani from Nuapada district in Odisha is telling us that in Padbhera reserve forest some unknown people have destroyed forest in a huge area in last 2 months. Locals have informed the forest department but they have not taken up any action.
