All of us applied under Forest Right act, Rich got deeds but none of us poor

Rakesh Rai is visiting Nawanagar block in Surguja district of Chhattisgarh where he meets villagers who tell him that all of them have applied for land rights under Forest Rights Act but only 12 from the richer section of community have got deeds and none of the poor have got any thing.
