School Principal allegedly collected stipend money from students to pass exams

Ramashankar Prajapati from Rewa in MP is telling us about Govt Higher Secondary school in Panwar where allegedly principal has collected Rs 1800 from each student from their stipend after telling them that if they did not pay then they will not pass their exams.
