NREGA money appropriated without work, No investigation after complaint

Mangal Pandey from Sitapur in Surguja district in Chhattisgarh is telling us that in Sarga village some NREGA work for land leveling was sanctioned in year 2009-10. No work took place but the money was appropriated. Villagers have complained but no action has been taken so far. This way people are loosing faith on NREGA work. You are requested to intervene.
