No handpump working in entire panchayat, People forced to drink dirty water

Rajesh Kumar from Joladiha Panchayat in Hunterganj block of Chatra district in Jharkhand is telling us that none of the handpumps in his entire Panchayat is in working condition and people are forced to drink dirty water from streams which are also drying up with onset of summer.
