28 crores spent on connecting Baiga adivasi village but there is no road...

Naresh Bunkar is calling from Kabirdham district in Chhattisgarh and says Govt is spending a lots of money to bring Baiga adivasis into mainstream and spending a lot of money under Prime Minister Grameen Sadak Yojna. He is standing in front of a board which says a 5.8 km long road was built in 2009 after spending 28 crores. But there is no road.This needs investigation.
