Munni Devi from in Rewa MP is telling us that Govt has given the work of cooking mid-day meal in schools to women self help groups but their payments are going to the teachers who many times harass them for giving their wages. Sometimes they ask for bribe, sometimes they say they cooked for less days which is normally for non availability of grain and not due to fault of the cooks. This must change.
