Tribal house burnt on land given by AP Govt, complaint to Police dont help...

Padiya Narayana is calling from Manuguru Mandal, Khammam district of Andhra Pradesh. He says I am a poor tribal. In 2010 District Collector gave me a plot of land on survey no 138. I built a thatched house there which was burnt by non tribals. I complained to the police and local officials but no one is helping me.
