Came to Andhra 16 years ago, No ration, voter card, water, road, anganwadi

Ravi, a Gondi speaking adivasi from Chhattisgarh who migrated to Andhra 16 years ago is calling from Rasannagudem village, Mulakalapally mandal, Khammam district in Andhra to say that they have no ration cards,voter cards,road and bore well. They drink dirty water that’s why they are suffering from several diseases.They also do not have an anganwadi or school for their children. Please help them.
