Madkam Deva, a Gondi speaking adivasi is calling from Krishnasagar village, Burgampad mandal, Khammam district in Andhra Pradesh. He says they have no ration cards though they have applied for it many times. He says it is very difficult to buy rice in open market after working as laborer.Pls help us.
