Bindeswari Painkra is visiting a village Nawapar Kala in Surguja district in Chhattisgarh. He is talking to an adivasi Roop Sai whose brother died while working under NREGA in 2008. He has visited many officials requesting for help as prescribed in NREGA but no one has helped him. He requests us to help the family of the deceased.
