Ramashankar Prajapati from Rewa district in MP is talking to head of a self help group who was cooking mid-day meal from last 3 years. The money from Govt stopped last June then they borrowed money till October and continued to cook mid-day meal. But they had to stop it after they are not able to borrow any more.
