Ramkailash Kol is visiting forest village Chhaparia in Jaba block of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh. Here 400 Kol adivasis are living on forest land from 45 years but they have not got land deeds under Forest Rights Act yet. They tell him that they have no anganwadi, no light, no road.
