We carry sick on hand made structures, dont have water for drinking, irrigation

My name is Shankar. I am calling from Mamelagudem Village,Chinturu Mandal,Khammam district of Andhra Pradesh. In our village we dont have road. So in emerency we need to carry our sick by hand made structure to hospital. We don’t have water. People are falling sick by drinking mud water and we are dependent on rain for all our crops so our economic situation is very bad.
