Only 1/10th people have got BPL cards, complaining from 5 years, No result...

Ramashankar Prajapati in Jaba block of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh is visiting Champagarh village. The villagers tell him that the population of village is 1200 where a list of 614 people were prepared in 2006-07 for getting Below Poverty Line cards but only 62 people in the village have got BPL cards so far.
