We need to bribe authorities so cant give proper Mid Day meal to students...

My name is Anand. I am calling from Adivasi Adhikar manch in Majhgawan in Satna district of MP. The situation of adivaisis is very bad in the region. I went to a school the other day and both the teachers were absent. One of the teacher works in another school, I was told. The samiti which runs the mid-day meal said they need to give commission so they can not give food according to set menu. I have complained about it but no action has been taken.
