Ramesh Thakur from Sarva Adivasi Samaj in Chhattisgarh is alleging that the incident of rape of 13 students in Adivasi girls hostel in Jhariamari village of Narharpur block in Kanker district of Chhattisgarh is a symptom of attitude of the state government towards adivasis.
