Security forces will have to fight like guerrillas to win the battle against Maoists

Kameshwar Rana from Hazaribag district in Jharkhand is commenting on the Maoist attack on security forces in Latehar. He says if our security forces want to win this battle then they will also have to fight this battle as guerrillas. They are not succeeding in a conventional fight with Maoists.
