Namrata from Korba is Chhattisgarh is talking about rape cases in Delhi and Kanker.She says the laws should be stricter and the punishment harsher. Some officials in Kanker have been suspended. This is not enough. In Delhi the punishment for a minor rapist is getting reduced. This is also not correct. She also demands that there should be more security in girls hostels.
