KM bhai today is visiting a village called Jogindera near Kanpur in Uttar Prradesh. A scheduled Tribe of snake charmers live in this village from more than 150 years. They do not have any land and they say no goverhment scheme runs in their village. They send their children to school but they do not learn to even write their names after going to school for 5 years. Their women work in other people’s farms as laborers.
