Non-adivasis beat up husband of local adivasi MLA, police takes no action!

My name is Ramesh Thakur. I am calling from Surajpur district in Chhattisgarh to tell you that earlier this month husband of local adivasi MLA Renuka Singh from Premnagar constituency, Mr Narendra Singh was beaten up by some non adivasi politically powerful people. FIR was lodged but police has taken no action. To protest attack on adivasis a rally and police station gherao by Sarv Adivasi Samaj has been organised in Ramanujnagar on 25th September.
