Request to waive fee for online registration for unemployed youth

My name is Mithun Kumar Mandal. I am calling from Surguja district of Chhattisgarh. These days Govt is making good use of internet which is a very welcome initiative. In a similar way they have started an online registration facility for unemployed youth but for the same they are charging Rs 50.
