Can't go to school in rains, My village has no school, no road, no electricity...

My name is Ramchandar. I am calling from Jampani village in Sonbhadra district in Uttar Pradesh. I am a student of class 11 and want to tell you about my village. We have no road in the village so we can not go to school rainy season. The canal is filled with water. We have no school in village, no electricity or no hospital.
