Very little rain, Farmers in some Jharkhand villages are in bad shape

Raju Rana from Chatra district of Jharkhand is telling us that in Semaria block more than dozen villages are in bad shape for lack of rains. Only 2-5% farmers have sown rice in these villages. The rain is so less this time that in these villages some of the ponds are still dry and people are using them for walking over. Govt should look into plight of farmers of these villages.
