No electricity in our part of village yet, complaints do not work, Please help...

Geeta Tekam from Bhagatpara in village-Kadachola, panchayat -Dhumadaar in Pratappur block of Surajpur district, Chhattisgarh says electricity poles are erected in the other areas of this village but her para is still bereft of any such facility. The people have to charge their cellphones from the electric post situated 1 kilometer away. Complaints have not worked so far.
