Handpump not working from a year, villagers forced to drink dirty water

Warlace Soren from Simdega district of Jharkhand is telling us about his village of Munda adivasis where there is no well in the village and people are dependent on a hand pump which is not working from last one year and repeated complaints have not given any result. He says that villagers are forced to drink water from a small hole a kilometer away. People also take bath in the same hole.
