Law says compensation will be paid if payment is late but no one cares for law...

Law says if we don’t get payment within 15 days in NREGA then Govt will give us compensation but when I complained about it I only got the wages and no compensation. Collector also replied saying my wages have been paid. I applied in labour court but not much is moving there too. Some say what will you get by going to court as you will have to pay for travel and fees but I am still working on that says Sunil Dhurwey in Kukdur village of Kabirdham district in Chhattisgarh to Reena Ramteke.
