Health center in my village opens only once a week, please help...

Raju from Nawada village in Semaria block of Chatra district says there is a Govt health center in their village which was opened to server 15 villages from nearby but the hospital opens only once in a week. The incharge also charges Rs 500 from each prenant woman t get them a government support of Rs 1400 after a delivery. The officials have been informed about such irregularities but they take no action. All of you are requested to speak to District health officer at 09470158805.
