People with APL cards not getting subsidized food in UP

KM Bhai from Kanpur says in huge area near Kanpur people having Above poverty line ration cards are not getting subsidized food. They have complained to authorities but there is no response. He alleges that the reason behind this non availability of subsidized food is black marketing of food with connivance with authorities which is causing hardship to poor and must be looked at immediately.
