NREGA: Even RTI 2nd appeal unable to dig out corruption

Prakash Gupta from Surguja in Chhattisgarh says Right to Information is not able to help expose corruption in NREGA. He says he had heard about corruption in NREGA in his village so he applied under RTI to get some details but he did not. Then he went for appeal but the higher official is still sitting on his application after months though legally he should decide on it in 45 days. He says it looks like higher officials shielding corruption which should be investigated. For more Prakash can be reached at 07697852665
