Took bribe a year back but still no electricity connection

Bindeshwari Painkra is talking to some Below Poverty Line ( BPL) people in Surguja district of Chhattisgarh who are telling him that they had to apy a bribe of Rs 100 each for electricity connection but it is more than a year but they have not got any electricity connection yet. He says according to Govt rule all BPL families should get free electricity connection and authorities should investigate the matter and get electtricity connection to these people asap.
